1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AddressIQ ("the Service"), operated by Talpro Universe, Bangalore, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AddressIQ provides AI-powered website creation, managed hosting, and related services for businesses. Websites are hosted on our infrastructure and remain accessible as long as your subscription is active.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time setup fee plus monthly hosting. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (business information, images, text). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and host this content as part of your website. AI-generated content created for your site is licensed to you for use on your website.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to host content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddressIQ and Talpro Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once website generation has begun.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of first payment AND before your website goes live, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; your site remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@addressiq.in within the eligible window.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The AddressIQ platform, its code, AI models, and templates are the intellectual property of Talpro Universe.
  • AI-generated content created for your site is licensed to you for use on your website. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your website content.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute AddressIQ templates or generated code.

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talpro Universe, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
  • If mediation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • The language of arbitration shall be English.

14. Compliance with Indian Law

  • This Service is operated in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
  • AddressIQ acts as an intermediary under these rules and shall comply with applicable intermediary obligations.

15. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer for AddressIQ is:
