We use Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics for usage insights. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

8. Lawful Basis for Processing (DPDP Act 2023)
We process your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 based on:
- Consent: When you create an account and provide business information.
- Contractual necessity: To deliver the website building and hosting services you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interest: For fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
- Legal obligation: When required by Indian law for tax, audit, or regulatory purposes.
9. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
- Payment records: Retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
- Analytics data: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; personally identifiable analytics data deleted after 24 months.
- Contact form submissions: Retained until the site owner deletes them or for 12 months after site deletion.
- OTP codes: Automatically deleted after 24 hours.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers
- Your data is primarily stored on servers in India.
- Some third-party services (Anthropic for AI, Resend for email) may process data outside India.
- Where data is transferred outside India, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to cause harm, we will:
- Notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
- Notify affected users without unreasonable delay.
- Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach.
12. Children's Data
- AddressIQ is intended for business use by individuals aged 18 and above.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18.
- If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
13. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a summary of your personal data and processing activities.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Grievance redressal: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
- Nominate: Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
